Request Account Deletion – TipsyPal

If you wish to delete your TipsyPal account and associated data, you can request deletion at any time using the instructions below. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data from our systems in accordance with GDPR requirements.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to: hello@oakdev.se from the same email address that is associated with your TipsyPal account.
2. Include the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – TipsyPal”.
3. In the message body, please state that you want your account deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

The following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your account (Firebase Authentication)
• Chat history
• AI-generated content associated with your account
• Prompt usage data
• Device and analytics identifiers

The following data may be retained if legally required:

• Purchase records (Google Play / Apple App Store)
• Subscription status and payment history (for tax compliance)

Processing Time

All verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is completed.
