These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TipsyPal mobile application (“TipsyPal”, “App”, “Service”), operated and owned by OakDev & AI AB, a Swedish limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, whether registered or unregistered.
TipsyPal is an AI-assisted writing and communication enhancement tool designed to help users produce clearer, more polished, and more effective text.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.
Certain features require creating an account using Firebase Authentication. You agree to:
We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Purchasing Basic unlocks access to a fixed allocation of AI credits (for example, 200 credits). Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features (e.g., prompt-based output generation).
Champion is offered as a premium access option that provides a larger allocation of AI credits (for example, 2,000 credits) and may include premium features such as enhanced modes, priority access to new features, or additional functionality as described in the App at the time of purchase.
Champion may be offered as a one-time entitlement and/or as a store-managed product, and is governed by:
Your purchases are processed by your app store provider, not OakDev & AI AB. Pricing, availability, taxes, refunds, and cancellations are determined by the applicable app store policies and local law.
You may be able to purchase additional AI credits (“Top-Ups”) such as credit packs. Top-Ups add credits to your balance and are consumed as you use AI features. The exact packs, prices, and amounts are shown in the App store listing and in the App.
We may adjust credit amounts, pack configurations, and feature availability over time. Any changes will be reflected in the App and/or store listing. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated to you.

TipsyPal uses third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI) to generate text. You acknowledge and accept that:
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is reliable or suitable for any specific purpose.
AI responses in TipsyPal do not constitute:
You agree that you will not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional judgment.
“User Content” means any text, data, or information you input into the App.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by submitting User Content, you grant OakDev & AI AB a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content to train AI models.
You may not use TipsyPal to:
We reserve the right to determine violations at our sole discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Upon termination:
All rights, title, and interest in the App, its design and interface, logos and visual assets, technical infrastructure, AI prompts and system architecture are owned exclusively by OakDev & AI AB or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App.

We do not guarantee that:
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App without notice, subject to applicable law.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OakDev & AI AB is not liable for:

By creating an account, you may choose to opt-in to receive marketing emails, product updates, promotional offers, and messages containing third-party or partner-related content. All marketing communication is sent directly by OakDev & AI AB. Your email address is not shared with external partners unless you explicitly consent.
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through in-app settings or by contacting us at hello@oakdev.app.
OakDev & AI AB may monetize the distribution of sponsored messages or partner offers, provided such messages meet legal requirements and are sent only to users who have opted in to marketing.
